Materials & care
Fill: premium shredded memory foam — identical to the fill inside the Naplio Pillow, so it blends right in.
Care: don't machine wash the foam. If it's fresh out of the bag, let it air out for a few hours before adding it in.
How much to add: start with a handful or two, lie down, and adjust from there. Small changes make a big difference.

Unzip the side zipper and take out — or add back — as much of the shredded memory foam as you like. Most people find their perfect height within the first night or two. Set it once, and it stays that way.
Honest answer: no pillow stays cold all night without electricity. The gel side is cool to the touch — noticeably cold the moment you lie down — and it re-cools quickly whenever you shift or flip it. The warm bamboo side is there for the colder months.

Yes — the outer cover is removable and machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. The foam fill itself shouldn't go in the washer; just air it out from time to time.
