Refund policy
Welcome to Restlio! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Restlio. We take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Below is our return and refund policy.
SECTION 1 – RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. For customers in the European Union, this does not affect your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not be significantly used or damaged after delivery, and must be in its original packaging including all accessories.
SECTION 2 – DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the product suffers minor damage during transportation or you are slightly dissatisfied, we will issue a 20% partial refund as compensation without requiring you to return the item. In the rare event of significant damage during transit or a confirmed lost package, we will issue a 100% full refund or send a free replacement at no additional cost. The choice is yours.
SECTION 3 – RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs, as well as any related VAT and customs fees, are the customer's responsibility unless the item is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. If an item is confirmed defective or damaged due to our error, Restlio will cover the cost of a replacement or issue a full refund.
SECTION 4 – HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Email us at support.restlio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Use the subject line: Return: [Your Order Number]. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Once your package is shipped, please send us the tracking number. Note: for hygiene reasons, pillows that have been significantly used are not eligible for return.
SECTION 5 – REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. For EU customers, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal, though we may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.
SECTION 6 – NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS
We are unable to process returns or refunds for orders where the 30-day window has passed without prior contact, products that have been significantly used, washed, or damaged after delivery, or change of mind after the 30-day return window has expired.
